Name: Pralaya
Canon: Young Wizards
Canon Point: After the Lone One kills him
Age: None given, probably equivalent to around his 30's
Gender: Male
History:

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Young_Wizards
Personality: Pralaya is a good-natured, gentlemanly wizard, or at least what counts for gentlemanly among his species. He acts cordial and polite, and is soft-spoken most of the time, but can also be wonderfully enthusiastic over great accomplishments, whether his own or others'. He is always eager to help others in their endeavors, especially if they have noble goals. Due to his travels to other worlds as a wizard, as well as his own sense of adventure, he is also very open-minded to new cultures and ideas, and always tries to understand others' points of view.
Pralaya also has a strong sense of justice, something that seems to come with being a wizard. If he sees others in trouble, he will definitely rush in to help, and if he sees any sort of injustice, he will try to stop it. While he still has some sense of self-preservation, it turns his stomach to let cruelty go unpunished.
However, Pralaya is also proud of his abilities. At times, he can be too proud. This pride was what allowed him to be overshadowed by the Lone One, something he was horrified to discover. Also, while he loves his family dearly, he sometimes tends to see his "job" as being more important than anything else, and has at times left his family alone for a long time while heading off to complete official business or explore new worlds on his own time.
Abilities Information
Fighter or Sacrifice?: Fighter
Canon abilities: Pralaya is a wizard, and skilled in the Speech, which is basically the language of the universe. With it, he can speak to any thing, whether or not it is "living" in the traditional sense. He can also convince the universe to bend to his will. I'm hoping that he will at least keep enough of the Speech to be able to speak, and possibly communicate with animals as well, but I won't mind if he loses it.
He also has access to the "manual," a network of information that all wizards share in different forms. (Note: The following is mildly headcanon.) He gets it as information in his mind, meaning all he has to do is concentrate carefully to summon it. Also, if he has access to water, he can summon flat images or "holograms" from it to share this information.

First Person:
[Pralaya is standing on the bridge in the middle of the shops, looking contemplative.]
I wonder if this pond is okay to swim in...Normally, I would ask the creatures within it, but it seems that I have lost the ability to hear their speech. So perhaps one of you could help me? Is this pond okay to swim in, both legally and physically?
Third Person:
Pralaya strolled down the hallways of the hotel, his key clenched tightly in his teeth. It was inconvenient, but he was grateful that his paws were at least capable of basic manipulation. Surely this would be harder for any species that relied almost completely on their mouths!
Then again, most of this world seemed made for humanoid species. It was expected, as the dominant species appeared to be humanoid. Most species tended to make things in ways that suited themselves-his species did it as well. After all, each world tended to have one dominant species that could shape it as they wished. He would not wish others to force his world to change, so he must remain open-minded and not ask for this world to change to suit him.
Ah, he had reached his room. Standing up carefully on his hind legs, it took him several false starts before he managed to get the door open. Removing the key from the lock took a similar amount of concentration. He finally managed to get inside the room and close the door, and curled up on the floor, thinking more about this world.
They had said he was designated to become a "Fighter," whatever that meant. Wordspell Battle sounded oddly close to the Speech, but it distressed him that he would be forcing someone else to suffer pain on his behalf. Why did it have to work that way? He would rather fight alone-after all, it had been said that was something that could be done.
But at the same time, he knew the strength of being together. A lone wizard could hardly hope to stand against the Lone Power themselves, unless they were ridiculously young or prepared. Still, he had no idea if he wanted to conform to this part of the world. Yes, he would not force it to change, but it still seemed undeniably wrong somehow.
Anything Else?
I hope it's okay that I reused some of the personality from a previous app. Also, sorry if animals don't get hotel rooms, but I didn't see anything contradicting this.
